Operator and service
Prime Mover LLC operates Sports Forensics. The service is free. Signup collects your mobile number, selected sports, local timezone, adult confirmation and specific text consent. It does not request your name, email address or payment information.
Requesting texts
The homepage form is the signup entry. A successful submission displays confirmation on the page. If you check optional SMS consent, Lou replies manually and requests a YES confirmation before updates. An immediate or automatic reply is not promised.
Signup and confirmation records
We store your phone number, sport choices, timezone, exact consent disclosure and version, request timestamps, signup source and manual confirmation evidence. A temporary hashed network identifier limits repeated signup attempts. We record whether SMS consent was given. Requests without consent are stored separately from text enrollment and do not trigger any text. Only when consent is checked does Lou send one confirmation request and, after a YES reply, the requested sports texts. You may request deletion through support.
Existing records and opt-out requests
Existing signup records may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, selected sports, consent text and timestamps, IP addresses, country, browser information and source page. We preserve these records for consent review; their existence does not authorize sending. The stop-text form collects only the phone number needed to suppress future messages.
Use and sharing
We use records only to administer Sports Forensics, review consent, honor opt-outs and protect the service. We do not sell or rent phone numbers, share mobile opt-in information for others’ marketing, or enroll Sports Forensics users into BettorCenter or another brand. Access by hosting and messaging processors, when configured, is limited to operating this service. Disclosures required by law may apply.
Technical information
Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, user agents, requested pages and timestamps for delivery and security. Phone numbers must not be put into analytics events, advertising audiences or URL parameters. Optional Google Ads and OpenAI advertising measurement is available only after you select Accept measurement. OpenAI’s Pixel receives a registration_completed event after a successful website signup. It may process device, browser, page and network information for advertising measurement. Our event call does not include phone numbers, signup fields or text contents. OpenAI may use automatic advanced matching to detect and securely hash supported customer information entered in forms, as described in its conversion terms. This does not confirm text enrollment; SMS consent remains separate. Google tag AW-18525847824 may use advertising cookies and send page visits, device/browser information and network information to Google to measure advertising. Analytics storage, advertising personalization and advertising user-data consent remain denied. We do not send phone numbers, selected sports, signup fields or text contents to Google. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments. You can reject measurement without affecting signup, and change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Your choice is stored on this device for up to six months. After withdrawal, measurement is disabled and accessible first-party Google conversion cookies are removed; previously collected data is not recalled. Retention and rights
Inactive, unconfirmed enrollment records should be reviewed and removed after 30 days. Consent evidence and minimal suppression records are retained as needed to honor requests and meet applicable obligations. Existing records are not automatically deleted by this release. You can request access, correction or deletion through the operator contact page. Minimal suppression information may remain so we do not text you again.
Age and changes
The planned text program is for adults 18 and older. If a minor’s information was submitted, contact the operator. Material changes to the message program require a fresh consent review; continued website use is not fresh permission to send texts.
